A Smorgasbord of Sustainable Food

The UK’s Green Futures has published a supplement on sustainable food entitled “Sausage, Mash and Sustainability.” While I’ve just had a chance to skim several of the articles, this looks like a must-read. Among the issues addressed: the British obesity epidemic, school lunches, and hospital food.
